Transition experience:

Restaurant Manager - Ryan's Place
Duties included ensuring all business activities were consistent and supportive of the restaurant’s business plan. Supported and helped develop crew members in performing their job responsibilities and meeting expectations in all areas of their job descriptions. Essential functions included customer satisfaction, training and development, effective business management, and fair business practices. Together we earned 8 Diamond Cuisine Awards, and recognized as the best restaurant in the Central Valley. My duties included but were not limited to staffing, regulatory compliance, scheduling, training, inventory, customer service and keeping a low turnover. My schedule included all holidays as well as 60 + hour workweeks.

Hotel Management - Marriott Hotel
Managed and oversaw all events, activities, and operations. Made all the necessary decisions needed to ensure all hotel rules and policies are implemented. Monitored the tasks of personnel and workers, set goals and plans to promote and improve the hotel's client base and gave schedules and assignments to each worker. Handled client’s complaints and compliments and made sure that events were well organized.

Marketing Consultant - Port Stockton Food Services dba Smart & Final
Excelled and broke all sales records increasing revenue from $15k per month to $120k per month in 2 years. Increased Smart & Final brand awareness by signing contracts with 4 new chain accounts. Maintained close contact with 35 principal customers as well as interacting with as many as 100 brokers, suppliers and support staff. Created strategically designed marketing plans to increase Smart & Final's market share in the Central Valley. By continuously identifying and incorporating support tools, I consistently surpassed all profit margins.

General Manager/ Partner - Aaron's Sales & Lease
Presented with a challenge to turn this broken business into a winner, I accepted and exceeded all expectations earning a partnership in the franchise. Sold and leased merchandise to high-risk consumers who we worked closely with to ensure revenue income. We not only made a profit, we beat all 558 stores nationwide in sales and collections for several months in a row. I became a highly sought after manager in this business niche but was presented with more lucrative sales position elsewhere.

General Manager - Pizza Hut Restaurants - Pepsi Corporation
Aggressively shot through the ranks, starting as a cook, on up to a Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, and finally getting my own restaurant as the General Manager. As Assistant Manager I ran the most labor efficient restaurant on the entire west coast. At age 24 I was the youngest General Manager in the entire company.

Why started US military maintenance:

I worked in several types of industries and succeeded in making a lot of money for someone else's pocket. With my extensive management training and experience, I decided to take the bull by the horns and join Mark Baird and other US Military Maintenance owners in their small business dream.

Cleaning Service in Visalia/Tulare/Hanford

Our prices are always very competitive! That being said, we pay our employees industry leading wages. We do this because we expect more from them. Our standards are high, as they should be.

We're ready to make your place the cleanest it's ever been

Do you remember how exciting it was to move into your place when it was new, fresh, and clean? Let's see if we can help you reinvigorate that feeling. A clean business is a happy one and a clean office is a productive one. By enlisting our services, you're not only getting a new lease on your place, but you're also removing potentially dangerous or allergy-inducing elements.

Assessment: It all starts with us taking a look at what needs to be done – and usually it's not as bad as you think. We'll let you know how long it's going to take and what it's going to require.
The Move: If you want everything to be really clean, we'll start by removing any of the furniture we can. There's no sense in hiding a stain with an ottoman when we can just remove it from the very start!
The Clean: The moment we've all been waiting for, where we get rid of all of the muck and junk and give you your place back! We only use the safest chemicals, so there's nothing to worry about.

We love to maintain relationships with clients and become more than just a cleaning service. We want to be part of the routine that makes your life better, healthier, and cleaner. And, the more often we come by, the less work we have to do, and the more you save – not to mention the intangible benefit of working in a spotless place!
